Be your own Santa..

This time of the year is for rejoicing, partying, relaxing and giving. But while you are out and about shopping for your friends and family get something for yourself too this season. Not only because you deserve it, but also because some self-care will help you recharge and get set for the year to come. Throw Blanket: Be home, be cozy, be relaxed and snuggle in a throw blanket with that book you have been wanting to read and that hot cuppa tea by your side. There is nothing more enjoyable than the feeling of being relaxed and warm and investing in good throw will bring that feeling back to you for years to come.

Tea Time: In today’s topsy-turvy life, here’s an antidote that can set things straight. Tea rightly picked, brings you health benefits and offsets the many troubles that modern lifestyle brings with it. They are as good for your body as they are for your soul. Go Green: Plants in the house and around your office not only enhance the decor and calm the eyes, they also purify the air and keep people happy (and that’s proven research). A Digital Detox: This the season for reconnecting with loved ones. But are your gadgets getting in the way? Completely unplugging is a pretty sweet way to give your brain a rest and create space in which to think deeply about your career, life and 2018 🙂 .
