The Terrace Garden

Every time I visit my parents, there’s one thing that I am anxiously looking forward to and that’s my mums little Garden. I guess I got my passion for all things plants, garden and green from her. And so this time when I reached home, I was so excited to see that she had started building up on a little terrace Graden with such beautiful green plants.

It would be too soon to call it a Kitchen Garden as there are just a few basic herbs like mint, chili, parsley etc. But I am sure she is gonna turn it into a big one soon. So one of those afternoons it rained, after which I went up for a casual walk and I saw those beautiful plants drenched in the monsoon rain. I ran down quick, grabbed my cam and took these shots. And I just love how that moment and happiness got captured forever with these images… 🙂
