Color of 2018: Ultra Violet

After the Rose Quartz & Senerity of 2016, the Greenery of 2017, now comes the “Ultra Violet” to rule 2018. The color purple is often associated with royalty, nobility, luxury, power, and ambition. Purple also represents wealth, extravagance, creativity, wisdom, dignity, grandeur, devotion, peace, pride and independence. Colors of the year 2016

Pantone: the world-renowned authority on color and provider of professional color standards. The name is known worldwide as the standard language for color communication from designer to manufacturer to retailer to customer. While choosing the color for 2016, experts at “Pantone Color Institute” shifted their angle from warmer hues to gentler tones(Last year’s “Marsala” was a deep red hue).
