Hello Friends, I am back today with another blog from my trip to Rajasthan. If you haven’t had a chance to read the first one I’ll link it down below. While we were in Rajasthan, we got very comfy and settled in the fort where we were staying, but one afternoon we decided to crawl out of our beds to drive to Jodhpur as planned. Our first stop in the city was the famous Bhati Tea Stall (as you might know Masala Chai is intrinsic to the rhythm of my daily life!! 😀 ). Hello Beautiful People!! Let me start off this blog with a little background on where this is coming from. In the last week of December 2016, I had the opportunity to visit a small city called Bhimavaram in A.P. for some work. The city is famous for Somarana temple, but I was more in awe of the serene environment and natural beauty of the place. Gandikota, a small village on the right bank of the river Pennar (Kadapa district, Andhra Pradesh) famously known as “The Grand Canyon of India” because of the beautiful gorge formed by the hills and Pennar river. Our driving holiday started with our car headlights on at around 04:00 AM. Our route plan was to drive through Devanahalli – Chikkaballapur – Gorantla – Kadri – Pullivendula – Jammalamadugu – Gandikota, passing many small villages.
